No, my natural colour is dark dark brown. But I always have to go to blonde to dye it another colour :P Because obviously you can't dye a lighter colour over a darker one ^^

I'm not really sure, it kinda depends on how fast the dye fades and how fast I get bored with the colour. But I'd say roughly 5 or 6 times a year (not counting the going back to blonde inbetween the different colours)

If I feel like I was wrong and I respect the other person, I have no problem apologizing.
If I don't think I was wrong then I will not apologize. (Obviously :P)
And if I don't like the person but I know I was wrong then I can imagine I would have some difficulties doing so, but I can't think of an actual situation like that right now.
What it comes down to is that it all depends on the circumstances -
Who hasn't.. Put some more effort in the QOTD, formspring. This is sad u_u
