With that said, I don't think YEH has an exercise regimen at all which is why her weight fluctuates. She has said on more than one occassion that she rarely exercises. She loses weight by just dieting and eating very little.

But I don't think that's healthy and you should not emulate that. Regular exercise and eating right is the best way to maintain a strong, healthy body.

We have a topic in the forum about this with various opinions. My opinion is that LTM didn't do well ratings wise and SBS chose to award its other dramas. I know that's hard to swallow as a fan but the fact is LTM was stuck at just 10% despite having top actors and directors. It was very much positioned and marketed as SBS's next big hit but unfortunately did not meet those expectations. As a fan, it does not diminish my adoration of YEH.

I really don't know what the differences and nuances between the "standards" of actresses and wouldn't know how to make the comparison. I'm not sure Korean actresses are even categorized that way.

YEH is one of the highest paid actresses and is considered A-list but she hasn't had the same level of success in movies as she has on TV.
