It depends what you're getting waxed and where you go. The ZERO stubble period lasts for maybe 2 weeks max, then hair starts to grow back gradually. I'd recommend laser hair removal -- cheaper in the long run, especially if you're talking bikini area or legs etc.
As for my eyebrows, I don't really do anything to them -- they're luckily exactly how I like them! Of course I pluck the occasional stray hair, but for the most part I don't do anything else. I did, however, wax them when I was a teenager.
I've never heard of women waxing their stomach, but I'm sure that it's done. Just remember than once you remove the hair, if not by laser, from an area it will grow back thicker and quicker so you should think before you do it for the first time. Is this something you want to have to maintain forever?
