Not sure....it would have to feel right. I don't think it matters where it is or anything. It just has to feel natural. I'd probably start by grabbing both his hands (one in each of mine), give him a small kiss, stop, look him in the eyes, just tell him "I like you," and smile; all just inches from his face haha. It's simple but gets straight to the point.
