my iphone! I'd gotten out of the habit of even using a cell phone but I got an iphone and now we're inseparable.

That my chronic pain will never get better, that as I get older it will only get worse. That would really suck.

Probably not. I think it's more likely that they'll use powerful allies like Jesse and Gabriel to come up with a plan to put Lucifer back in his cage. Though it would be cool, I loved Jared as Lucifer in The End.

I've got a lot of random crap from high school I should really go through like old chemistry notes and stuff. I always find a way to justify keeping things like that, even though they have no actual value. I'm getting better at it though.

I don't think I could do it. Not just the erasing, but then dealing with the possible repercussions. Like what if I erased a brutal dictator but then an even more brutal one took his place? Too big a responsibility for me.

The Devil in the White City: Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair that Changed America by Erik Larson. Tells the parallel story of design and execution of the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago and the exploits of serial killer HH Holmes who was operating in Chicago at the same time. Fascinating read, especially if you're from the area.

Tough to choose but I'll go with Star Wars: Episode IV- A New Hope (1977), Psycho (1960), and Silence of the Lambs (1991).
Runners up: Rear Window (1954) and Fight Club (1999) -
A cat- I'd love to sleep 16 hrs a day. Cats are also solitary creatures which is fitting.

Farscape & Battlestar Galactica complete series on DVD were at the top of my list :)

Tori Amos! I'm an obsessive Tori fan and while I've been in the front row of one of her concerts, I've never actually met her.

Another good one and it's tough. I think I'd like to see a character who the boys initially hunt or are suspicious of or something, like Lenore the good vampire. Or at least someone with some special abilities who could assist the boys from time to time and maybe help Sam come to terms with being a little different.
I'd like to see a woman (assuming I'm around to help write her b/c the current staff has a lousy track record with female characters). I'd also have her be a lesbian, because that would help diffuse the "love interest" angle, the show is lacking in the LGBT representation, and having Dean strike out with her would be a nice comedic scene. -
I'm trying not to think about it honestly. I'm really excited for TWOM & EOT. I'm also trying to stay positive about the sitcom pilot. If that doesn't get picked up though... Seriously, can't think about it.

Sam being jealous over Cas and Dean's friendship and it would be called "Can't You Hear Me Knocking?" after the Rolling Stones song. I was really expecting this to be an issue this season, but we haven't seen it so far. Awesome question!

Hmm, the obvious answer would be Supernatural as a love interest for Dean, but then I'd probably only get to do one episode and/or die a horrible tragic death or be evil. Or both.
So, I think I'd have to go with Lost. Work with lots of great actors, shoot in Hawaii and get the opportunity to play really interesting and ambiguous characters. -
Oh, what a cool question! I think I'd like to go to the giant library in Silence of the Library & Forest of the Dead, but you know, before it turned all deadly and shit.

My sisters and I were obsessed with Star Wars as kids and I'd seen several of the Star Trek films and some TOS episodes, but never really got into Trek. In high school I became obsessed with X-Files, but that was still kind of mainstream. So I never really considered myself a sci-fi fan.
When I really crossed over into sci-fi geekdom was when I was working on my PhD. I started watching Battlestar Galactica one summer because it was getting a lot of critical acclaim. I loved it and then I started going over to my friends' house to watch it with them on Fridays. The Stargates were on before so I started watching those too. One day I realized, I actually *was* a sci-fi fan and so I just decided to throw myself into it. I worked my way through each of the Stargate & Star Trek series (which is lot of hours of tv!) then I picked up Doctor Who and Torchwood.
I also think that the fantasy of sci-fi was appealing to me during this period of my life because it was such a difficult time for me emotionally. It was really nice to escape into a different world.
Now I have taken it upon myself to convert others to the geek lifestyle :) -
Not very exciting... wanted something that wasn't too specific or too personal and I didn't really know how to make one so I looked for freebies online and picked the first one I liked :) I've been thinking about changing though... Any ideas?
