It won't really matter since the hair dye will make your hair look really dark ^^; So it should blend in with your roots, unless you go in the sunlight - then, the color would be visible on the dyed parts (x

I forgot the name but I know that Revlon Colorsilk has a hair dye like that! Look for it at Wal-mart. I don't think it'd give you as much of a blue tint though ^^;
