Basically all of the code that interacts directly with the
WordPress software will be available for all to see. So mostly just the functionality behind the themes. But the actual styles and way the themes look will have to be purchased. For example we'll make the code available online similar to something like this: http://github.com/marpa/ShadowBox-WordPress-Theme - We'd just exclude access to the images/css so that we still have a product to sell and have customers to support.
