in photoshop i make a copy of all the visible layers minus the background color layer. then merge the copied layers into one layer. then i do a radial blur on the merged layer copy. Go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur <blur method: zoom, Quality: best, Amount: 100>
Do another radial blur on the same layer if you want. When you are happy with your radial blur sharpen this layer (Filter > Render > Sharpen)
then you mess with the hue and sat/layer properties settings as you like. make sure you move the layer to be under your original renders or other visible layers. there is a technique you can do to use it on top of the other layers to produce a glowing effect. -
