      Is there a passage in the bible that gives all the names of Jehovah (Jehovah Shalom, Jehovah Jireh, etc.). If not, where do they come from?

      Ex. 6:3 states His name is Jehovah. The different attributes such as Jireh, Shalom etc. are the Hebrew translations of a particular trait He displayed at the time. For example, Ex. 15:26 says ..."I am the LORD your healer..." The name LORD is translated 'Jehovah' and "your healer" is the Hebrew word Rapha. So there is not just one passage but several that refer to His compound names. www.rose-publishing.com has a free chart and the references.

      How do I discern the voice I hear is of God or my own? I want to second guess my own answers, but never God's.
