When I found out, I was hurt to the max, naturally. Because it's like you're being betrayed by somebody you trusted most. That's the suckiest part I guess. I was scared and deluded for awhile. Didn't know how to handle, so I sobbed a lot, esp under the sheets. Never let anyone see me cry.Kept a lot in because I'm that kinda person. Was in that state where you're just suicidal and don't really care how physically hurt you get. Went out, alot. Tried to stay away from being alone.
Despite this, without fail, I'd tell myself that I'll only allow myself to stay in this phase for (the most) a month because I'm better than that. It's probably an ego/pride thing. When I get out of it, I'll be stronger. I think the best way to handle it is really to move on. Hmm. I try to eat healthy! My diet usually consists of loads of fruits & veggies 'cause Im a herbivore like that. I do my daily pushup-crunches that sorta routines at night too. I'm not sure if that contributes to anything... but yea :)
