Anyone who ever took the time to ask me individual questions. I really appreciated it (and I'm so sorry to the people who sent me some last summer which I never replied to - they disappeared from my inbox!!) - it is nice to know that someone has taken the time to do so, and is actually interested in what you have to say. I will miss this place.

I try not to but it is difficult, and kind of automatic, when you have done it so long and you know how many calories are in your favourite things - you kind of can't help keeping a mental note of it.
