It's so hard to pick one! There's so many to choose from! Goat cheese is a favorite lately, and brie. And feta. Oh man, nothing beats some good feta cheese. As much as I like cheese, I tend to be picky about it. For years I've turned my nose up at bleu cheese, but I tried some the other day that wasn't too bad. There's a first for everything I suppose.
