Hi! That's an exciting profession to consider. Per ASA recommendations, you should pursue a pre-med curriculum and choose a major that is of interest to you (we have all of the natural sciences and have found more and more students interested in biomedical engineering as an undergraduate major). Then, you go on the medical school and after four years you would begin your anesthesiology residency. Check out http://www.asahq.org/For-the-Public-and-Media/About-Profession/How-to-Prepare-for-a-Career-in-Anesthesiology.aspx for additional information on becoming and anesthesiologist.
