YES, YES, and YES!
As a matter of fact, we are moving our questions-and-answers to our brand new Tumblr account at http://rcvr.me/tm ...
There's a special page there where you can ask us anything you want, and it will be shared with anyone who happens to follow us on Tumblr, Twitter, and Facebook! Give it a try:

They're mutes, I think. It's not funny. I wouldn't want to be a mute.

We're there! Search for 'The Walla Recovery' and let us know how it goes.

Depends on how hungry you are, I suppose.

That's a pretty difficult question... because you stole my answer :)
Actually, it does my heart good to know that song has had an impact on you. It's so full of grace.
Honestly, something hit me the first time I realized what I was singing during "How Firm a Foundation". That was a relatively recent occurrence. But "Be Thou My Vision" has always had a profound effect on me as well. Of newer, rewritten stuff, I really enjoy "O Love that Will Not Let Me Go" and "On Jordan's Stormy Banks I Stand".
I'm not sure if there's a common thread there or not. Thanks for asking!

This is very much a possibility, despite the obvious hindrances.
I would say he's got to lose some significant weight. Maybe start drinking a different kind of water.

This question should be answered in no less than 7000 words, but I'll cut it a bit shorter here. Yes, there is a story.
Superficially, I grew up on a street called Walla Ave. in Fort Worth, Texas. I spent most of my days there playing the part of Superman in all my backyard adventures, and trying to find ways to make people laugh and smile.
After matriculating, I realized that I had lost some sense of my true self over time. I found myself (and still do) wishing that life was just a simple pursuit of those things which make our hearts complete.
This music is our attempt to 1) regain that child-like-ness in the important ways and 2) encourage others to do the same, or at least 3) stir up some conversation about such topics.

BONUS TRIVIA: We used to be called "Alden", but there was another band with that name already on iTunes, and we got tired of endlessly comparing ourselves to them.

Not sure about this one... I do remember the first time I realized that there was a tiny man inside the traffic lights causing them to change from red to green as slowly as he pleased. I was often upset at him from then on. That was pretty early, around the age of 3 or 4, I believe.

A real musician. And the husband of my wife. She's cool.

That would have to be the first concert I myself ever played, with songs that I had written. It took place at a Coffee Haus in north Arlington, Texas, sometime in 2002. I remember this one song in particular was so bad, I had to stop completely in the middle of the song and apologize.
