Be calm. Show/tell them that you know how to deal with customers. Make it very clear you can work any time of the day. They'll really like that. That means you may open early or close late. If they're interviewing you for a cast position, hold off on telling them that you want to join the management team until after you've been hired. They may see that as you looking ahead of yourself. If they ask you about your management experience and if you'd ever like to be one, say yes. I think i covered anything. if there's anything else you'd like to know, just ask.
