I use Revlon colorstay liquid and just draw the line in small sections, starting at the inner corners. Try drawing little dashes and then connect them. It's a lot of practice :)

The legit promoters will give you their number and put you on a guest list without charging you. If you're a girl, you shouldn't ever pay cover...I've been there quite a few times and have never paid a cover. For guys, being on a guest list will either get them in free or they should only pay $5-10. Call ahead, almost all the clubs can put you on a guest list or get you in contact with a promoter. Some promoters can get you in with an open bar bracelet for a few hours too :).
