Even though I literally lived in all things high waisted 3 years ago, I can't really say I feel the same way about it now. Skirts I still prefer to have a higher waist, but jeans, not so much. Pretty sure I've tried the Acne needle, but if I remember correctly they're too wide around to ankle to suit my picky taste.

This would depend on the individual and their definition of beauty. Some guys tend to prefer short girls, while others want the opposite. Some good things that people associate with being tall includes the obvious longer legs, but also tall people will often have a somewhat slim looking body, because it's harder to tell if you put on weight since your body fat will be distributed over a larger area.

But as you mentioned, it eliminates a lot of guys which can be a great struggle. I always feel like a freak when I wear high heels in Asia for instance, because it makes me taller than most guys. Awkward stuff.

I'm in my second year now, so I'll be graduating next year. However, I'm quite settled on the thought of moving straight on to a Master's degree. So in total it's another 3 years before I'm completely done with school all together.

Normally I tend to wear heeled boots pretty much every single day, but now I think I've been wearing my white Converse for about 1-2 months straight. They're just so comfortable, spring appropriate and they go with literally everything. Plus I've been feeling lazy to dress up lately due to exams.

I love wearing heels though, don't get me wrong, I'm just currently stuck in this flat shoes kinda phase.

Well, to be exact I think I'm 171.5cm (measured myself when I was getting my passport renewed), but it feels stupid to add the extra 0.5cm so I just rounded it up to 172cm. However, it depends on what time of the day it is, so I guess you could say I'm 171-172cm. At first I felt really happy that I could say I was 172cm, but I've been 171cm for years and years, so it felt strange seeing it on profile, which is why I reverted it back to 171cm.

...okay, now that I have elaborated, I feel kind of silly.

Pretty much the same, but Skin5 has slightly more elasticity. One thing I do one to add, is that Rocca has a regular length, while Skin5 is close to being cropped. Just a small detail you may want to consider. Personally I love a shorter leg, especially with a pair of Converse low-tops, but I know that this is not everyone's cup of tea.

The latter, but I must admit that the first pair looks a lot more comfortable. So you just have to choose between comfort or style. A taller heel is sexier, in my opinion at least, but then again I'm sure you'll get more wear out of the first pair.

I have a pair of Acne Rocca skinny jeans (the ones with a zipper at the back) in a size 24/32. Normally I'm around 25-26, so I'd advice you to size down. Do note that this is just my personal opinion though, and it may be different for you.

Here's an OOTD where I'm wearing them.

For the other models, the only one I really like (for skinny jeans) is Skin 5, which I have in a size 25/32. If you want to see pictures of me wearing them, it's the black pair of jeans I'm wearing in literally every other entry. I've also tried the Flex model, but they're not skinny enough around the ankle.

In all honestly, I literally live in a pair of black Acne skin 5. They're the perfect pair of jeans because they hold its shape even after a couple of hours of wear (unlike Levi's). It's not a bad idea though, and I am running out of things to blog about...

      Brownie points for "(m)any" btw.

If I knew, I would've bought a pair ages ago. Sorry, been looking around for some boyfriend jeans myself, but I haven't really found anything that caught me eye. Acne has a very nice pair that I tried on, but I was running low on cash so I got a wallet instead haha.

Looks very sloppy in the picture, but if you cuff the ends it makes it more feminine. Plus the material feels very sturdy, sort of like an old pair of Levi's.

No, in Norway we actually use French sizes (34-46). A 34 is equivalent to a UK4; US2 and a XS, meaning UK4 would normally be the smallest size. In Norway you can get a 32, but that's very rare. I could be mistaken though, as different sites claim different conversions. Regarding my size, it's not difficult to find at all actually. I'm not petite nor very tall, so most clothes fit me fine.

Considering I grew up in cold Norway, I can't wait to live in a warm climate. The grass is always greener on the other side, and this is no exception. Luckily I live on the West coast in Norway, so it's actually quite warm for Norwegian standards, but in my opinion anything below 15 degrees is unacceptable.

Yes! For some reason Norwegian tap water tastes so much better than any other water I have ever tasted. I'd even go so far as to say it's better than bottled water.

Here's a random fun fact: The high class water, Voss water, is actually from the same source as the tap water in a small place in Norway called Iveland and not Voss. Meaning Voss water is sort of scam, and regular Norwegian tap water is amazing.

      In no particular order:
      - Scandinavian minimalistic fashion (Acne, Weekday, Samsøe & Samsøe, Ganni, etc)
      - Norwegian tap water
      - Norwegian food (I'm sure this will happen at some point...)
      - Our norms and values
      - Not being taller than everyone else (especially guys, that's so awkward)
      - My bed, house, street, bus stop

I'm sure I'll miss a crap ton of things, but this is just what I can think of right now. Ask me again in a couple of months.

Yes, I'm sure he shared similar thoughts. Sometimes he would correct me and say I'm Eurasian, if I refer to myself as Norwegian. It's all up to you really. We always celebrated CNY, and I have visited my Asian family countless times. Honestly I'm actually very proud of my heritage, and feel this weird connection with Asia. Not sure if this is in any way related to daddy's intentions, but nonetheless, that's the way I feel. Just speaking Chinese to your future kids would surely make them feel a whole lot more Chinese. I know if I ever end up raising kids outside of Norway, I'm gonna speak to them in Norwegian.

Part 3. Well there's not much info on your account haha. Regarding your problem, it's very normal to want to be friends with your ex. And unless you had a very nasty breakup, I'm pretty sure you can make it work. But at the same time, it's still important that you distance yourself from him and come to terms with the fact that he shouldn't be a big part of your life anymore. Thinking this way may make it harder for you to get closure and move on with your life. So just go out with your friends and occupy yourself. The worst thing you can do is sit home alone night after night, thinking about how different your life is now and how much you miss him. Maybe there's a cute guy at school/work you can focus your interest on?

And last but not least, don't worry, it gets better with time (: I promise.

We'll see. If everything goes well, I'm considering taking my Master's degree in Singapore, but it's difficult to plan or foresee these kind of things. Ask me again a year from now.
