Yes. Given how many planets and how many galaxies there are out there, there is definitely intelligent life out there. However I don't know if they've ever made it here.

Well I do my best to eat clean. That means as little processed food as possible. I fail a lot but I try. I try to eat the right portion sizes of things.
And I try to keep active. I've just started back at the gym to try and get back to running. I'll run a 5k one day! -
