I was vegetarian for 7 years. So yes.

Mac WITHOUT doubt. Never, ever touch a PC, they are evil!

I already have two, but my third would be a peacock, without doubt.

I'm totally visible, pretty much all the time, although in the background. I keep a close eye on both and bridal party, the guests and all suppliers and activity going on behind the scenes and it's my job to make sure the day runs smoothly and we keep to the timings as much as possible.

That's a tough one as my mum was and is such a great cook-and a resourceful one too. I'd probably say her cheese, basil and garlic pasta. Simple but soooooo good.

I love your photography! Such a shame you're in Oz!

I actively don't bother making any New Years Resolutions-more often they just end up a disappointment when they get broken, so I just try to push myself a little further each year and achieve as much as I can.
As for surviving the holidays? Not much to survive really, I enjoy it all-the Christmas shopping, planning the menu, seeing family. -
This is a bit of a difficult one for me. In terms of design, it's all about the 1930s, with the Art Deco movement, aviation, the glamour, cinema and cruise liners. But for history, it has to be the 1940s. Live was lived in the moment, weddings were very quickly thrown together and you made do with what you had. Sometimes I wish we still carried a part of that with us. It was a liberating time for women too, who finally had the chance to make a difference beyond the home front.

Dorothy Dandridge. Not many know about her, but she was pretty much the first Afro-American woman to make it into the film industry in the 40s and 50s and she was a stunning woman. Her life was tragic from the very beginning and it ended in a drug overdose in the mid 1960s, but she paved the way for other black women in the film industry and for me, is one of the brightest forgotten stars.

Haha yes-it has to be vintage, but I love that homegrown, organic kind of feel that some weddings have (and all of mine do!) I love quirky little touches and I like everything to feel like a big, informal party.
