There are a few sites that I know about for women but most of them are what I would call "inspirational" in nature (i.e. the writer of the blog shows her own style so that you can be inspired by what she is wearing). Fashiontoast.com, Fashionsquad.com and lookbook.nu are some that come to mind. A quick trick would be to go to bloglovin.com and do a search on "fashion" and see what comes up. You should find dozens there. I hope that helps.
