      I am new in computing. I just downloaded the setup for tuneBag so I can listen to my music anywhere. However, I found out that it is a zip file. How do I unzip it Thank you sir

      Hi there, any recent operating system allows you to just double-click on the ZIP file in order to extract the content, in our case the setup file. For all other circumstances, please go to http://www.winzip.com/index.htm in order to download the latest version of WinZip, an utlity in order to extract the files from the archive.

      How can I upload my tracks and playlists?

      We provide you with several ways to do that:

      - Browser-based uploader
      You can select multiple files to upload to your
      account using just your browser without the
      need of installing any software

      - Desktop - Uploader for Mac & Windows
      You can download our free applications for
      Mac OS X and Windows in order to upload
      your library. We recommend you to use this one
      when you're planning to upload more than just
      a few tracks.
