My legs are normal? I'm not sure because I'm not a big fan of shorts, skirts, and dresses, so I'm not entirely sure what wouldn't make your legs shorter. Sorry. Perhaps you could Google it. :)

It's still kind of chilly during spring, so you can wear jeans + long sleeves + sneakers or shorts + stockings + sneakers + long sleeves or dress + stockings + light jacket. :)

Yes, I think a lot of Europeans are fashionable. When I used to live in Italy, most people just wore jeans, a simple top, and sneakers, but even with that kind of outfit you can be fashionable.

Depends! Sometimes my mum gives me extra money. I try to save up, too. But most of the time, I use part of my allowance!
