Aha, well, maybe you're just not looking hard enough, my friend. ;3 As for your inquiry about the quote, I think that "Laws change, depending on who's making them, but justice.. is justice," spoken by Odo off of DS9, is the greatest 'Trek quote ever. But that's just my opinion.
