Okori: You have no idea how I've been waiting for SOMEONE to ask that question. The answer is actually yes AND no, oddly enough.

Let's start by saying that where penises are concerned, there are three main sets of muscles involved. A, B, and C.

You know how dogs are able to pee without unsheathing themselves? The vertical nature of an Atelerix body makes that a bit difficult, and they can't very well lift a leg. So it emerges just a little. It's basically a relaxation of the muscle group A, but not the same as arousal. When someone becomes erect, it's actually very difficult to pee because small muscles C, constrict the urethra, the more you know! That's why their 'things' don't fully emerge. The bloodflow required would make it too hard to actually pee. It's Muscles B that react to arousal and contract to pull the blood-filled organ from the protection of the body.

If you want a really REALLY in depth analysis of why they only peek a little bit, it's because muscles A are normally always engaged and hold the organ at its greatest depth within the body, these are autonomous muscles that are active when an atelerix is awake and aware, in a normal state. Much like when a person is at rest, their jaw muscles naturally hold their mouth shut. You have to actively TRY to open it most of the time.

So an Atelerix has to actively relax those muscles to pee. : 3 And that relaxed state is important. If you're not relaxed, no peeing, and any nervous boners aren't going to be very impressive either because muscles A, and B are fighting eachother.

Dango: I have not read Psyren. I should check it out. I play third person shoorters and action/adventure games. My typical games include Zelda, Uncharted, Assassin's Creed, Dead Space, Sonic, Donkey Kong, Gears of War, Okami, any Star Wars game, Jak and Daxter, Kingdom Hearts, Enslaved... and some mean DJ Hero. The list goes ever on. I had to purchase a heavy duty bookshelf to hold my manga and video game collection.

We'll have to see what we can do : 3 Whenever we're ready, we'll try and get some art and swag together. I hope you guys like atelerix hats, or tails and things, because we might make em.

Damien: W-what's an oboeh? Oboh?... Oh-bo-ee? Is it an instrument? I was taught how to play music a little, on certain instruments, but its not my specialty. : >

Okori: I play piano, violin to a point, a little alto saxophone, a little electric guitar, and I learned trumpet, trombone, and glockenspiel in the marching band in cadets. I used to sing in regular and jazz choir too. So.....I'm pretty musical, but no oboe, sorry.

As far as Haku and his family go I'm pretty sure their idea of music is banging their fists on hollow logs. Too much hystrix ifluence. I think Tensai might sing......when nobody's looking.

Dango: Domo, thank you. :) Not gonna lie, the lady helped me with some of the prettier parts. Makes me feel less useless being the writer/creator/whatever I am. I set up our PC in the living room so while Okori draws the next page, I can tone and watch movies and stuff on the couch, it's a pretty funny set up. Watching Star Wars right now, in fact, working on the next page... Good times. :P
