Sometimes things get lost or damaged in the mail (this happens a LOT more than you'd think) or, if you're outside the United States, sometimes packages take a really, really long time to clear customs and go out for local delivery. The best way to get an answer from us about an order is to email info [at] topshelfrecords [dot] com and include your order information. We'll look into it and get back to you with an update.

Basically all of those have been mailed out with the exception of orders that had "Mystery" items (we did these last so that Seth and I could give them a little extra Topshelf TLC, ya know?).

Also, I figure I'll use this moment to update everyone on where things are at in general:

• All "Ships" pre-orders have gone out unless they had another pre-order / re-stock within that same order that we were waiting on.

• Toe "The Future Is Now" pre-orders will all be out this week.

• The Saddest Landscape "Redefining Loneliness" pre-orders will begin to go out this week.

• The remaining "Black Friday" / "Cyber Monday" orders will be going out early this week (there's still a small handful).

• All "Mystery items will be going out today and tomorrow.

• Prawn's "You Can Just Leave It All" is now in and shipping.

• We're still waiting on re-stocks of Topshelf logo crewnecks, shirts and longsleeves, but we've emailed anyone who's waiting on them.

• We're still waiting on re-stocks of the Slingshot Dakota "Dark Hearts" shirts but we've emailed anyone who this has affected.

We've never had this many orders in such a condensed period of time before, so please bare with us as we try to get everything out and in your hands as quickly as possible. If you could hold off a couple days before sending the "where's my order?" email, it'd be much appreciated.

Please check the Paypal email address you used to order from us with (AND your SPAM folder — sometimes things get caught there) before emailing us about an order — that's where we send shipping notifications / shipment tracking codes / download codes / order confirmations, etc.

We'll be caught up after this week. All existing [domestic] orders will be safely arriving to their respective destinations before the holidays. I'd safely assume that about international orders as well, but sometimes customs can delay things significantly. Thanks for your patience with us!

Haha, this question never goes away! Everyone thinks we pressed SIV — we didn't. We only did it on CD. We'd really like to, but we don't own the rights to it and we'd rather focus our energy and resources on new releases from active bands that deserve our attention. Who knows, maybe down the line.

We really really like Deer Leap (as a band and as people). There's a longer story to this, but essentially, we passed on releasing "Here. Home." because the band was going to be breaking up and it didn't make sense to. They've decided to keep going and not break up, but the window we had has passed as we're slotting releases and planning well into 2013 now so I unfortunately don't think it'll happen. Someone needs to, though.

We just got them in and started shipping them yesterday (November 7, 2012).
