oh don't worry Chris, I'm in Wales.....nowhere near London and unless they start copy-catting here, we're all safe.
Thank you for your concern....you're so kind xx -
Hi Jen, life is pretty good but Greg isn't due to stay with me til 11/9 and they're only stopping for one night as their itinerary is so busy :o(
How are things with you and yours?

Hello Phil, I'm pleased to hear that the ask box is now visible to you! (Hope to get lots of interesting questions) As for bringing something back from extinction...my immediate thought was I wish I could bring back my husband who died four years ago but beyond that, I'd have to put my thinking cap on. I suppose if something has been extinct for a long time and I've never had experience of it then it's something I guess I can do without...so I don't know really. What about you....what would you bring from extinction?

Oh yes thank you Chris, they're fine as they're in the south and even the folk that I know in Queensland are fine as far as I know. Thanks for asking! xx

Hi Chris!
My greatest hope.....?
No-one has ever asked me that before and initially, I found it really hard to answer.
First reactions are to want success, health and friendship (not in any particular order)...they're the stuff everyone wants aren't they?
I hope to visit my daughter and family in Australia a few more times before I get too old or infirm but that will depend on finances (I should manage a few more trips moneywise) and more importantly, TIME off from work now that I have a new job.
It's a long way to Oz and a fortnight is not long enough!
I'm not that desperate for company because I'm usually quite happy on my own but it would be nice to think that there was someone out there who I could spend some quality time with.
It's a bit daunting to think I might be alone for ever but my husband was pretty special and he'd be a hard act to follow....I'm not sure that many could put up with me like he did!!
I've never been particularly ambitious but it would be great to find sufficient ambition to make more money from my crafts which, at the moment, are ticking over nicely but I spend all I earn on buying more equipment!
The last four years have been really tough as my life turned upside down after my husband died. Adapting to being alone was difficult enough but along the way I faced some hard truths about myself and had to make some big changes in order to survive with an eye to the future.
All in all, I think I'm ticking along quite nicely now and I'm fairly content with my lot which is all that I could reasonably hope for, I don't really want for much and the only impediment I see to attaining all that I might hope for..........is ME! -
My first reaction would be to say snakes............I hate snakes, so I guess that would be my top answer.
Closely following that though is a lonely old age.
What about you......what is your biggest fear? -
hello, I wasn't quite sure what you had meant by your question but if you are asking whether I am left or right handed............then you guessed right....I am right handed!
love from the UK
:o) -
thank you so much!
(I always get a bit miffed when others get lovely messages like this and now I have one of my own - thank you!)

and I'm surprised that you haven't got more than that......I have about the same amount but only seem to pick up the odd one here and there....maybe one a week or so it seems.
Hope you have a great weekend! :)) -

thanks for letting me know the url for this! I keep forgetting that I have to log in to formspring each time I want to check my messages (if I remember to check my messages that is!) so I had overlooked this message...apologies for that!

Hi - good to see you too!
I sent you your message on ask assuming that you knew how to reply without making it public....which you can do..and the way to do it is this..
Go to the person's page by clicking on their avi...click on ask and ask your question....at this point they can either answer you publicly by replying in the same box or do exactly the same thing in that they go to the ASKER of the quetion that they have just recieved...click on the avi and see if the have ask enabled...if they have, click on ask and answer the question which can then be sent to the asker of the original questioon in private :))
Or...you can just do as you do and use formspring instead! xx -
It take a squillion light years my friend and every one of them is BORING but it was well worth it to see my family and friends again!!!
(In truth it was 14 hours Sydney to Dubai and 7hrs from Dubai to Gatwick.)
AND I CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN! -
ahhh, but you are getting things working though...and it took me ages to figure out how to sign into this again...so now all I have to do is figure out how the 'ask me' thing works........

I would extend my stay in Australia and visit some of the other cool cities that I haven't yet seen and also go to Cairns.
Australia is AWESOME!
