I'm reading #gameofthrones again. I tried to pick up the latest book and had forgotten a good chunk of the story so I really felt like I had no choice. I am also realizing how much they changed it from the #tv version - but I think that they were good changes. A lot of the army vs army tactical stuff from the books probably just wouldn't translate to the screen unless all the viewers were skilled veterans of medieval combat.
