i dropped out of uni because it was too expensive and i didn't like it there either.. i could never use any of my pictures for the tasks there and also, i felt very uncomfortable showing my pictures to tutors AND students because they just wouldn't get it and gave me the weirdest suggestions how i can improve my work ("if you like tim walker why don't you just do something like this *pointing hat one of his pictures with a huuuge oversized pearl necklace* i am sure this is easy to imitate) yeah. right. because huge oversized pearl necklaces just fall from the sky if you want to shoot with them and anyways, why the fuck would i need something like that in my pictures. see? so annoying. most of my fellow students didn't even know who terry richardson is and when they saw his work they were all like ohhh my god so much nudity this is gross. yeah welcome to the 21st century. i could go on about this forever but the whole thing was just dumb and i am happy to work on my own and do my own stuff however i like it. there were a few people whose work i really liked though and who were not like that.
