Hmm most of the time we run one round around the track as warm up first, and then we do conditioning? Like crunches/pull-ups/push-ups and then we run 2 more rounds and then tadah we end PE. But the conditioning is really tough! :( And it's not as fun as sports and games obviously :(

Sports conscious? Err sounds like a funny term. The PE in JC is much more strenuous than PE in secondary school, that's for sure. No more basketball/soccer/floorball during PE. Just train this train that and run run run. :'( tiring

Hmm.. Because I figured I did score rather well for O's and since I'm qualified to get into a good JC and since it's a faster route to Uni then, why not give it a shot? :)
