Hi there! I think that it a really simple yet edgy piece, especially when I saw the cut outs at the back, it's really cool!
I would suggest you to maybe look around for something that look alike to the one you showed me but it's more suitable to your height, or you could always pair it with heels and wedges or if that doesn't help, maybe you can go to the tailor and alter it to a certain length that you want to. (:
