I have not. I've read a couple essays, his commencement speech, and Infinite Jest. I want to read heaps more, though.

I have so so very little idea of any of that it's barely even worth thinking about. Probably I'll still be writing. Where I'll be, with who, and what we'll be doing? No idea. We'll see.

Breaking Bad, Louie, and Mad Men. The best thing airing at this season? Luck. And parks and rec. 30 rock is also having a great season.

Definitely. I don't know if I ever actually would. It'd have to be a very particular girl and very particular situation. But mayyyyyyyybe. Maybe . . . . maybe.

I rarely have entire days off. Once every week or two if I'm lucky. Often I do laundry and go to the gym and then go to a gallery or museum before coming home and making an actual meal/playing zelda.

Good! Spent it with family in Denver. Denver was neat. Never been there before. New Years was spent working at the restaurant, which was really quite fun. By midnight, no one was sitting at their tables, everyone up and dancing, and it was almost impossible to give service--so we didn't. Midnight was a delight.

Wait, like, I don't geht it.

Probably but not for a while. I could do an MA or MFA (not sure which) in writing. Maybe an MLS. If I could do college all over again I'd like to study art history. But I really really really don't want to do college all over again.

Anya and Andrew. Anya's panicked monologue in The Body is one of my favorite moments of the show. And Andrew, well he's just silly.

You're gay.

Gin martini. I would make them at home but I never want to buy martini-quality gin for myself.
If I'm ordering from a bartender I don't trust I ask for a Rusty Nail, half whisky, half drambuie. You can't mess it up (unless they don't carry drambuie).
Drinks for before going out - Mark Twain, Manhattan, Lime Fizz (white rum, juice of 1 lime, simple syrup, egg white, shake it for a long time and it comes out thick and foamy and delicious) -
1) I should change my bio.
2) So are my parents.
3) I don't post my writing anywhere. If you really want to be the intrepid fan/creeper, figure out how to get your hands on copies of the Kolob Canyon Review published by SUU in the years 2009-2011. Then you'll have 3 poems and a short story about Mario. -
As far as new shows? I was just asking myself this. Probably Homeland on Showtime, nothing else has gotten me super excited. Though I am definitely looking forward to Hell on Wheels and Awake. Those might best everything else.

I do not believe that at all. I do believe that any one person has probably a 100,000 (really just throwing out a number) or so people of the 7 billion on the planet who they could exist very happily with. And I think that real, lasting love is about finding one of those people and building a relationship with them. And that takes work and dedication and communication and more work. All that soul mate stuff, though pretty, is foolish.

depends on the surgery and the reasoning behind it. I knew a guy who got in a car accident as a kid and had plastic surgery done on his mouth, otherwise he would have gone the rest of his life with his mouth all messed up and unattractive. And he was entirely attractive. Totally would have dated him.

I fall for awkward guys often. Don't know why. Something endearing about them.
