Everything. If you cheat on someone, you have never loved that guy. Furthermore would it hurt him so much and a relationship always ends like it had begun so if you cheated on him, he will also do it on yourself. I am not the sort of Girl who wants to have a broken relationship cause of cheating but everybody has to do what he/she think is right ;)
