Hello! No I didn't, but I just Googled it! (Not a huge fan of Topshop, but I do shop there occasionally.)

Usually I consider a few things when I want to buy something which I'm not entirely sure is worth the price:
      - Quality
      - Design (How unique is it? Can I easily find it elsewhere?)
      - How much do I like the piece? (Usually if I decide not to buy it, but can't stop thinking about it over the next few days, I'll end up going back to buy it hahaha.)
      - How often will I wear it?

The print on the shirts look pretty unique! Just for that alone, I think it's okay to buy it cos you probably won't find such prints/designs elsewhere. If it were me, I'd just make sure that the quality is relatively decent cos you don't wanna be paying $80+ for something that's gonna die in the wash after wearing it once!

      Sorryyyyyyyy for the longwindedness! :X

Hello! Hmmm, within the next 1-2 weeks I'd say? We haven't confirmed the date as yet cos we've just opened backorders for the Colours of the Wind Dress so we'll be busy with that for now, but once the backorder closes and we're done consolidating orders then we'll have more time to prepare for the next launch. :)

Hmm, actually it's not really loose on Angie. The top isn't meant to be a tight fit. :) The good thing is that the straps are (very) adjustable since you can tie them to whatever length/tightness you want, so I reckon it should fit a slightly larger range of sizes than our usual pieces!

Ahhhh, if it's a temp job then that's quite a different situation altogether. If it's just a temp job then you don't have to take it as seriously. ;p Just do what makes you feel more comfortable/happy! You're welcome!

Thanks for the compliment and the suggestion! :) Right now, we're not sure if we'll proceed to be making anymore new designs as Priscilla's really busy with NIE/teaching and I'll be graduating soon and will likely be starting work full-time. :( So unfortunately, we aren't sure if it's feasible for us to have the time to continue running Cocoquettes when that happens. :( Fingers crossed though! If it does work out in the end, we'll definitely keep your suggestion in mind! :)

Wow, that was a really long time ago! It was actually an internship which only lasted a month, so I don't know if it's a good benchmark for your full-time job. :( Anyway, to answer your question, it was because I didn't like the environment nor the industry/job. Since that was my first internship, I associated my disdain for my job with "office jobs" in general. After doing a second internship though, I realised that it wasn't the corporate thing that I hated, but it was the job that I hated (at my first internship). Having the right job/environment/colleagues makes all the difference.

I don't know what your reasons are for quitting, but if they're not really "valid" so to speak, and if you haven't been at this job for very long (say, less than a year), then I would definitely advise you against quitting cos I find that it may look pretty bad on your resume when you apply for other jobs in the future. :(

Having said that, I don't think I'm the best person to ask for career advice though, considering that I haven't even really started my career. It might be better if you could ask someone who's had more years of experience and can offer you sound advice. :)

Haha why are you such a stalker! First you pretend to be a secret admirer, now this...

I don't think we'll be doing sizes cos we don't have much demand for it, and the sizing from the first batch seemed to fit girls from uk6-10 quite well. :( Sorry to disappoint!!

Hmm we haven't scheduled the next launch yet cos Lala is so busy with school she hasn't had time to edit the photos yet. :( Her classes will come to an end later this month though, so she'll have more free time when that happens. :)

In the meantime, if all goes well, we'll probably be opening backorders for the Colours of the Wind Dress in Blue-Green as quite a lot of people have requested for it. :)

Thank you! :):) Haha it's nothing much, really! My make-up routine is quite ordinary I think. It largely varies with my mood and how much time I have to spare before the I leave the house! In fact, I frequently leave the house with no make-up when I'm in a rush. :/ But generally for normal days where I wear pretty light make-up, it's just concealer, pressed powder, and some blush! :)

I would love to!! I wanted to do a beauty favourites post on make-up next, but I don't have the time to right now. :( School's starting to get really busy with presentations/assignments/readings/tutorials, but I promise I will do it once I get the chance to! :)

Actually, I think there's nothing wrong with drugstore (Watson's/Guardian) brands at all! I mean, I do use counter brands, but I don't believe that expensive products necessarily translate to better products. Sometimes, you may just be paying for the branding, really... In fact, I love it when I manage to find a good drugstore product! :D I like to use whatever products work well, regardless of whether they're drugstore/counter brands. :)

But yes! I will definitely do a make-up post when I can! I'm just not sure how soon that would be... :X

:O Is that how much they cost?! Haha it's actually an invite for my sister, but she showed it to me! I was trying to ask her how much those cost too, but she didn't have any idea.

Her friend is pretty much the spare-no-expense type when it comes to her wedding though, so I guess it didn't come as a complete surprise too. ;) But I must say that the 3D thing is really cool, never imagined that people would use those as wedding invites!

I like the navy cos I'm boring like that haha. Green is a more refreshing colour though. :) If you're planning to get one, we're out of the navy ones so we only have green left! :(
