I want to remember what I look like when I look back a year from now, because my hair and expressions and makeup and skin constantly change.

I survived by leaving the day another Christmas to visit someone I love. I don't really do New Year's resolutions though.

There's two different ways that I write songs.
1) I find a chord progression that matches how I feel and spill out my thoughts into notes/words that go with those chords.
2) Late at night, or anything time I have a need to write really, I let any poetic words fall out of me and later find appropriate chords for them.
Hope that's specific enough. =)

Like, currently as in this moment, Jilian Linklater and Chloé Fowler singing "Baby, It's Cold Outside." But if you mean in general then Lauren Zettler, especially her Christmas album "Be Still" and Lelia Broussard.

The beach, most def. I love beaches, but mountains aren't really my thing. I don't want to climb them. Although I'd love to swim in the ocean.
