I am unsure (as odd as that may sound). I haven't really seen many to confidently say, "I like Broadway musicals", but I do like musicals and plays in general, so probably, haha. :)

      John 11:35
      "Jesus wept."

[It's difficult to pick an absolute favorite, but this one is one of them. Two words speak volumes.]

Actually, no. I'm rarely near a TV. If I am and it's on, I'll watch for a few minutes. It's not that I'm not interested, it's just that I'm not interested ENOUGH to go out and actively seek watching events. But it's definitely cool when I do watch it...I like skiing, snowboarding, and figure skating. I'd say the one I like least is hockey. Just because it's not a sport I can get into and it's on all the time anyway. It's not every day I get to watch bobsledding =P

haha...yes! looks like my response has already become the reality because you've joined! :)

Ethan is a creeper because he doesn't know what else to do with his time. If he isn't stabbing people with needles, he's just following people around the jungle, staring at them, making them feel extremely uncomfortable. He gets joy out of the little things in life.

I've never even heard of cashew butter. So, no. I like cashews in moderation, but I'm not a big nut fan.

I only really like peanuts...and those aren't nuts.
Sorry, I went way beyond that question.

    9. Lesley

I think I'd have to pick the first option. If I couldn't die, then I'd HAVE to do that. It would be a disservice to the world for me to NOT do that. As much as I enjoy research, there are a lot of people doing it. If I'm the only person who can fight crime then I need to do that! I'm special! haha

If Ethan's face is normal, then my name isn't Lesley.

This is tough! I guess I'd have to say...Creed. Just because although everyone else is cool and funny, they all seem lonely or have something tough going on. I mean, Pam and Jim are great, but Pam had to go through all of that stuff with Roy, etc. Jim is cool, but I feel like it's too typical to say him. Also, he has love interests and it feels weird for me to say I'd want to be Jim because he likes girls...haha.
Yes, I know Creed is a guy. But Creed doesn't show any "love interest" in the show and he is so cool. He's CRAZY and has done all of these weird things in life. There is just no rhyme or reason to anything he says or does. and that's amazing :)

I'm sorry I'm going to break the rules here for a moment...but I'm going to have to go with 1000.

Hmm, if I'm just looking at a typical school and work day, then I'd say getting home in the evening and winding down with some dinner, a tv show, and talking to Sal about my day. :)
Good question! It makes me remember and think about the good things after a long day!

    14. Lesley

      Is this a joke?!
I'd say yes in an instant! I can't wait for him to ask. :)

      So basically, a party!

      Ideally:
      33. Married. PhD in Physiology and Neurobiology. Doctor of Physical Therapy. Not sure where I will be living, it depends on where me and my husband can find our jobs. That being said, my job would be a physical therapist working with anyone who needs the help, but special interest in people with spinal cord injuries because I'll be also doing clinical research for neuroplasticity. Helping people on the weekends for free that don't have health care/crappy health care (provided the health care system isn't changed in ten years...)

I will probably have a kid, or even two. On top of it, I'll still be involved in youth ministry.
      SUPER MOM! Psh'chea.
In love and very happy. :)

Well, if I had to BE a character, I'd say Juliet. She seems to be the one with the least baggage and problems in her past. The entire time her intentions are for helping others, even if she is a little selfish--she just wants to get off the island (but to see her sister!). Sorry if that's something you didn't know yet, It doesn't give anything away. I know a lot of her story occurs throughout Season 3, I'm just not sure at what point.

However, Juliet is definitely NOT my favorite character. I'd have to say my favorite character is Sawyer. He's a jerk, but as you get to know why he acts the way he is, you sort of understand him. Although I don't think his actions are justified 99% of the time, it's really cool to see his character develop over time. He really starts to soften and open up, and even CARE about the people around him. He sacrifices himself for the better of others more than any character on that show, in my opinion. It's just not as obvious because he tries to make it no big deal or does it in a jerky way, haha. He also provides much of the comic relief to many situations. :)

I'm going to have to go with either phagocytosis or active transport (which is also carrier-mediated transport, although not all carrier mediated transport is active).

I mean, you have to admit, it's pretty B-A that phagocytes can just straight up eat stuff in the cell. For some reason, it makes me think of a snake eating a large mammal. It just sorta sneaks up and ::NOMNOMNOM::, you're done for. But in a good way. They protect us from evil-doers!

However, active transport is pretty amazing! I am particularly thinking about Na-K pump. I have a special place in my heart for it since it has so much to do with, well, everything. any cellular physiology you do will involve this beast, so it's not like it's an uncommon thing to suggest.
I know it uses up like 2/3 of our energy, but I also know that it is justified work! It maintains the perfect balance of ion flow for membrane potential consistency, it allows for signals communication/transduction, is a regulater of renal countercurrent, and on and on! Beautiful.
Plus, for active transport in general, the stereoselectivity and specificity of the transmembrane proteins are truly remarkable!

Well, I can't be vain! Byakuya, of course.

But really. He's just so great.

Kuchiki Byakuya is a strong man. He chooses his words very carefully and wisely, and when he speaks, it's brilliant. He is a true example of a warrior, and does what is best to protect his people and what he believes in.
