STORY TIME
in joplin, mo, where i went to school fourth-sixth grade, there's a city-wide fifth grade orchestra that i was in in both 4th and 5th grades bc i am a special snowflake obv.
ANYWAYS, we had our concerts at the middle school i ended up going to, and in fourth grade my mom was in charge of the decorations for our winter concert - namely, paper snowflakes covered in glitter pinned to the stage curtains.
two years later, in sixth grade, i was helping to set up the stage for my middle school orchestra's winter concert. it was two years to the day after my mom died, and i was understandably feeling kind of bummed out (the year earlier my dad kept us so busy i didn't have time to get bummed out, but 6th grade not as much), when someone i was in elementary orchestra with called me over and handed me something she had found pinned to one of the curtains at the back of the stage and that she kind of recognized.
it was one of the snowflakes my mom had made. it's stupid, but i felt better after that.
so no, i don't believe in ghosts, but i guess you could say i believe that those who've left us have a way of looking after us anyways. -
anyone in empires
because you know that'd be a party. a party involving really good weed. -
YOU ALREADY ASKED ME THIS ANON AND IT IS NOT EVEN A QUESTION
