This is a tough question since I like several genres . . . buuuut I'm not afraid of cheating in a question like this, so I'll say: INSTRUMENTAL!~

Why? That covers a huge range from classical to soundtrack to jazz to New Age and etc. XD

Seriously, I'm sucker for good instrumental music, and it is a genre in my head, so that would be my favourite!
