Hi, I was away since the 29th of December and only got back today, so it wasn't me :)
There will be more info out about cq2 soon, it will most likely have 3 new classes & a 24 level campaign divided to 3 episodes. -
Armor game has Cardinal Quest Classic, which is 1. not being updated 2. is ad supported 3. not a native application and can't be full-screened and 4. as written on http://blog.tametick.com/2011/12/cardinal-quest-12-and-whats-next.html everyone that bought cq1 before december 8th will get a copy of cq2 for free as a thank you for being an early supporter :)

Cool! Looking forward to see how it grows :)

We've been working together on a new game for over a month now.

No - in fact I think 32x32 tiles would be worse for the overall aesthetic than the current 16x16 tiles.
Another reason is that it's much easier to add new 16x16 tiles for all the new content than adding 32x32 ones (and also redrawing all the old ones). -
I think at least Notch is already married, so no :(

Janosch, and he's some mixed breed (used to be a street dog so nobody knows what breed he is exactly).

It is if it's a choose-your-own-adventure!

Shmup in QBASIC, hands down!
I haven't programmed in either since I was a teenager, but I remember (x86) asm being a much bigger pain in the ass.
Plus, I don't really like dating so I don't know if I could make a fun dating sim.
On the other hand, when I was little one of my favorite games on my PC XT clone was a space-invaders clone that (I think?) used birds instead of aliens. I have no idea what it was called but it had horrible pc-speaker sound effects. -
If you love it let it go :(

Hard to say. From the js prototype to 1.0 was about half a year, but in many ways I've been making and remaking the same game for years.

a few 1000s. Game was played by 100s of thousands, if counting the free-day (~150k in about 2 hours, brought BMTMicro's servers down) & plays of the free edition on flash portals (>250k on kongregate alone).

Game design. I mostly hate programming but you have to do it anyway if you want to make games.

It was to me! What risk is it, really? You can always get another job.

Left too many games unfinished before & had enough of it.
A bit help was taking pre-orders, once people pay you you have to finish! -
Yes! Just barely but I'm paying my bills with the money :)

About 12 years ago, in QBasic under DOS and sadly I have lost all traces of it (it was a weird text-based strategy game inspired by Starcraft 1).
