Not really. I believe that we die and then we're just dead. The end. That doesn't bother me. I suppose people stay alive even after they're gone, in a manner of speaking, in the memory's of people who loved them. As long as someone is remembered, they are still alive in some small way.

I honestly couldn't say because I'm often not very aware of how popular, or not, the musicians I listen to are unless they are very, very popular - like The Beatles. Noah and the Whale are wonderful and more people should listen to them, though.
