      I want you to think about your 12/30. And how you were so grateful afterwards that you weren't able to go through with it. THAT's what you need to hold on to, and that will help you through this again. You can do it. You really can. We all believe in you.

      I've felt that before and I never thought I would survive. you will even though right now it feels like you won't. and it won't happen over night, it will take time. lots of time.
