Pay off all old debt (except student loan which is interest-free), apply and attend culinary school (pastry arts program), have some kids, be happy. That's about it.

As soon as we can get pregnant. :/

Anything that feels "homey"... lasagna, casseroles, spaghetti... things like that. Mostly because it's something that I know everyone will like. I like comfort food A LOT and so whenever I don't know what to make for dinner, that's what I go to.
OOOH. Or pancakes. I LOVE making breakfast for people (especially everyone who crashes out our house hungover) :) -
Clair de Lune by Debussy.
I have always found classical music to be really calming... but this one has always been one of my favorites. In college I would put classical music on as background while I typed papers, but I would always stop what I was doing when this song came on and just listen to it.
Currently, I have it as the first song on my "insomnia" playlist that I listen to when it's like 3am and I still can't sleep (nice coincidence that it means "moonlight" in french). :) -
Not going to culinary school right after graduating college. I wish I was more certain of what I wanted to do right away instead of struggling for years to figure out what would make me happy. Now, I tell all my nieces and nephews that a 4-year college isn't necessary (though I don't regret going to USD just because that's how I was able to meet my husband), if you know what you want to do, go to the right kind of school for you and make it happen.

We met through a mutual friend I made when I was in Guadalajara. We would party together a lot, but neither of us were sure if the other was interested. He was the guy who had a Suburban and his own house... so I would gladly party with him because I knew I'd have a ride and a place to stay!!!

A general store in Old Town SD... my sister worked there forever and got me the job when I was in High School. It was VERY intimidating to do the register, but once I got the hang of it, I was REALLY good at pushing the candies and hot sauces.
