hart aber herzlich. also genügend strenge und trotzdem begeistern. zumindest hat das bei mir immer gut funktioniert. zu "schwache" lehrer haben bei mir nichts bewirkt, auch wenn sie noch so nett waren. aber natürlich nicht einfach nur stur streng.
