      I do but not every day. It really helps with my allergies (I have dust allergies). I find it helps to use it once or twice a week but if I use it all the time it's a bit too much for my Vatta Dosha! xx

      Reclining big toe pose is great for stretching out the hamstrings and it sounds like yours are a bit tight. Forward bends are lessons in patience, just keep practicing and take it slowly. Breath deeply and try to relax into the pose but don't force it. Somedays I keep my knees slightly bent in forward fold, it helps to release the lower back :)

      I am ashamed to say only English :( I used to have conversational Spanish, but I fear it has lapsed through lack of use.
