I'm sorry but I have no idea about android phones since I'm a smartphone user. But you can try doing a phone reset(default), it works most of the time. :)

If you are really willing to forgive, you can. Forgive the person by heart and not just because the person ask for your forgiveness. We have been forgiven by God when Jesus died on the cross, now tell me. Did we asked for it? No.. Hope it clears your mind.. And don't rush things, time will come you will eventually feel in your heart that you have actually forgiven them. :)

Why don't you ask your parents first why they don't like your bf.. Hmm.. Hiding to them won't make you feel completely happy being together, that's for sure. Talk to your bf, ask him if he can continue loving you without committing both yourself into a relationship. Because if he really do loves you, he will go and prove everything to your parents that he is worth of their trust and acceptance. It's just a matter of perseverance and sincerity.. :) That ain't easy I know, but you both can always try. For the sake of your love? Right? Fighting!
