Not go outside.

I live in Florida, so ... nice!

My wife and I went over to Disney and spent a day floating around Typhoon Lagoon, one of their water parks. It's been an insanely chaotic year, so just the couple of days to forget about life for a while were a godsend.

I don't know how to answer this question because I'm not a woman.

Time. I'm not at all ready for the holidays and could use a solid month and a half to finish up 2011 projects before the end of the year...

Pizza & Chinese food?

Fun-size candy bars...
...that is, assuming this isn't Bizarro World and you can't just get REGULAR-SIZE candy bars at every stop, but that would just be crazy talk... -

Harry Potter, because I have no idea what the Hunger Games are, and I have a very good idea what The Twilight Saga is.

We're very much into Christmas cookies, both making and eating them.
I love decorating the house with lights, although I did a really lousy job of it this year because I couldn't figure out how to put them on our super-high roof.
Donating to charity - a very simple pleasure for me is getting to pick stuff out from my nearest hospital's Child's Play wishlist each year (http://www.childsplaycharity.org) -
In my current "home" town, this is a very suburban answer, but I absolutely LOVE Chick-Fil-A's milkshakes.
In my original hometown, which I probably haven't had a milkshake in for at least a decade ... I dunno, maybe Big Boy or something? Unless somebody lives in the '50s, I'm not sure there's actually a decent answer to this.
Also, I'm not really a burger kind of guy, so I have no idea on that front. -
Which is the one that has the mallets again?

Although I don't really see myself riding a bicycle anytime soon, I'd love to some day live in a different part of town where it's easy enough to just walk wherever you want to go. Right now I live in the suburbs, and the combination of sprawl and gigantic roads makes driving a necessity.

My sister.
I don't know what we chatted about, because it was 2005. Who IMs anymore?! -
Having an escape from family when they're driving me absolutely insane!
Ahhhh, just kidding...
...or am I? -
Neither. I don't care how hungry I am, I'll starve before I'll pay $4.50 for a candy bar that I can buy down the street for $0.49.
I actually really enjoy going to the movies, and it drives me nuts that the markup on concessions is so ridiculous that it results in my wife and I paying more for the food than we did for the tickets... -
Oh boy!
Please refer to Exhibit A - http://www.scottsevener.com/pumpkin/ - for my detailed response to this complicated question... -
Something I picked up pretty recently from Randy Pausch's Last Lecture, actually:
"Don't complain; just work harder."
Of course, it's easy to just sit around and rant about how things aren't coming together, but in retrospect that's all time that could've been spent GETTING THINGS TO COME TOGETHER instead. Something I've really been trying to follow myself lately because the results of putting my nose down and getting work done are a lot more rewarding than just complaining about things being too hard...
