Oh man. Well. Three things, really:
1) Write for music blogs/magazines/whatever and make some money off of that.
2) Make comics. Start a webcomic.
3) Perform comedy onstage, probably sketch comedy and/or improv.
The first one I am trying to do as we speak, I just started submitting some stuff to random freelance websites today. I don't know how that's going to go. The second I am probably the most passionate about right now, but there is no way I can start a webcomic right now in the state I'm in (i.e. no artistic ability and no artists to collaborate with) so all I can do is keep sketching comics in my notebook as much as possible and hope for the best. The third I haven't done in a long time, but I'd like to get it started up again. I love performing.
Thanks for that question, it has actually got me thinking a little bit -
i guess i will answer seriously and say Kevin Conroy
...NAHHH just kiddin, its Val Kilmer -
yes!! i have been wasting whatever creative energy i have had these past few weeks doodling shitty comics about music, that is my only excuse. but i haven't been doing enough of that, so i am a failure either way.
but yeah, no, blog's not dead, Daft Punk review will come whenever. i just haven't been in a decent blog-writing "mood" as of late.
excuses excuses -
UGH well no i dont have that much of a problem with them, but Emily is pretty good at planting them and killing me with them a lot, so they frighten me
