      How do you manage the balance between your work and the rest of your life?

      The truth is I don't manage it very well. However, the times I feel I am doing the best is when I can draw a line (at 5:00 or so) and put all my work aside and focus on family. That was never possible for me while I was doing research but the position I am in now and the environment I am in lets me do that. I have to build very explicit boundaries.
