I don't play live because unfortunately, my project is more of a studio project because I'm playing all the instruments apart from the drums played by David. But I'd love to play live someday. I played some of my songs with some of my former bands but they didn't sound the same at all ;)

I don't have friends :p

Yes you can but shipping costs will be higher (around 90 euros). But this model is great! I'm recording with it along with my Gibson Les Paul, excellent!

I'd say Naomi Watts as she is the one who appears in several of my favourite movies and I always find her great! Funny Games U.S, Eastern Promises, King Kong, The Ring, Mulholland Dr...

This is one of th way to go but is there really a rule? I honestly don't know if my next album will be free or not. Free music is quite new and I'm not sure that we know where we go. I just know that as a listener, I still buy music that I love on cd, mp3 or vinyl. And I hope that I'm not the only one. I hope too that people are aware that, if it's "cheaper" to make an album, it's still a lot of money, time and effort to release an album without any support from a label. Anyway, I want my music to be heard. I understand that people need to listen before buying a release from an unknown obscure project, even more with a name like Spleen Arcana lol
Maybe the donation model is the way to go because people understand that if music is free, it's still has an artistic value. -
Hum... I suppose that my biggest dream would be to make a living of my music. Well, maybe I should stop to offer my music to release this dream LOL

Well, it's really personal I guess, there's something in the air. I love Irish landscapes, Irish culture, celtic mythology. Some places are really mysterious and truly beautiful, really inspiring! And people there are fantastic! Even the weather, who many people can't stand because of too many rain, is attractive by its changing moods, clouds, rain, sun, winds, you just feel you are alive over there.

I hope so!! Marie's vocals received a good feedback and it truly adds something to Spleen Arcana's music. At the moment, I'm working on demos and thinking of vocals arrangements.

Hum... Even if I unfortunately didn't cross over the whole world, the country of my dreams is Ireland somehow and I visited the emerald island eight times. There's something between me and this country but there are some other places I dream about : I'd love to visit Norway and Iceland, those places seem to be so beautiful and inspiring! Another place I'm thinking of is Canada (North west), stunning landscapes and atmosphere I guess! So if someday Spleen Arcana is on tour, it would look like an Ireland-Iceland-Norway-Canada tour, weird tour isn't it?

hum... Hard to tell but I spent a lot of time on it the last days listening to Yes, Mike Oldfield, Argent, The Decemberists and many other great bands ;) and inspired a fantastic movie I wateched some days ago. Anyway, it may be available in some days (after probably too many coffee and tea cups)

Hum... It has to be a song from Still Life which remains, year after year, my fav Opeth album. It's hard to pick one song, I'd say the opener track "The Moor" for its mysterious introduction leading to the powerful first verse and for its beautiful and melodic acoustic break or "Godhead's Lament" which is fantastic too with its melodic, hymnic chorus and great riffs. Still Life is a masterpiece imho ;)

It depends on the songs... Some of them are a way to express myself and say what I couldn't tell without music. So I'd say that it's truly "therapeutic" in a way. But in a song like "Tears are made to flow" is quite different as it's rather a story, about something which means a lot to me. In this case, it's more about empathy and thoughts...

I'm not sure about the worst but I'm not really into artists from the new French scene.
