Jerusalem Artichoke. It isn't an Artichoke and it doesn't come from Jerusalem. The Jersulem Artichoke is actually related to the sunflower. The bit we eat is an ugly little tuber (like a small thin potato) that tastes amazing. It has a smoky taste that really excites the palette.

Mercury. cuz it's an element, it's a planet, AND it's a mythological god. OH! And also a famous NFL player - Mercury Morris.

I look forward to a day that I'll be able to run down our hallway without hacking and launching into coughing fits. Someday soon after that, buddy-boy....it's ON!

I don't think I'd enjoy spelunking. Except to be able to say spelunking. Or type spelunking. Maybe I'd get a cool shirt with "Spelunking ROCKS!" on it.

      or something.

hmm..... sad to even think about, I'm very attached to Gold-a Meir :)

But I suppose if I had to, I'd pick something big and American. I like the Dodge Durango I was loaned a while ago. Great vehicle, but poor on gas.

That, and one of the children from work blew chunks all over the back seat. I take that as providence I didn't have my car that day...

      Total Time = 1:02:51
      (swim-8:55, bike-31:49, run-19:25 +transitions).

      good times...

hmm.... probably fly. It would just be so much faster and easier. However, breathing underwater would certainly help my triathlon swim...
