I've Tweeted with JT (which many people on Twitter know about). One of my friends won Survivor. I have Twitter friends who interact w/famous people as part of their job. I used Facebook to bring one of my favorite comedians to perform (and met him) but he's probably not known to you. I meet another comedian named Maria Bamford a couple of times a few months ago. Have met Doug Benson (comedian). Probably many others that I'm just not naming. I wouldn't be starstruck by most celebs but JT and Oprah would make me freak out.

Hate to spoil the fun question but I always say I'd never want to trade w/anybody...not even a celeb. I really like my life.

I'd go ANYwhere. Really. Next on my list are probably New Zealand, Florence, Italy (though we'd probably also want to make a stop in Venice and it's under water right now), France (for Payton) and Japan (for Blake).

Hmmm. Kansas is easier for us logistically and it's more laid back there. Texas has way more amenities though so we are loving the fancy stores and access to shows again.

A Jag. I don't actually know how they drive but I love looking at them. I'd rather live in a city where people don't drive and just use public transportation. I hate driving.

I think Hillary would have done a better job. I have no patience for people who don't make civil rights a priority but rich straight people are loving him right now.

No. I changed mine though. I like his dead patient avatar. Really freaked his family out too since they didn't know he was having surgery.

Yikes. I go on reading sprees but haven't been on one in a little while. I will be reading David Sedaris' new book over Christmas break and probably The Help.

Elf. Very few things are loved by everybody in our house but that's one of them. Payton even did the escalator, stretch leg thing in Nordstrom a few days ago.

She isn't sure but she's been strongly considering studying the business side of fashion. We've talked to somebody from FIDM in LA but I'd prefer she consider FIT in NYC (less expensive, has campus housing and they are known for the business side versus the design side of fashion) or a school in Savannah, Georgia, which would suit her love of the south. She goes to NYC during spring break with theater kids so we'll see how she likes it there.
I've told her that I'm going with her and I'd like to follow her but, uhh, I don't suppose that's actually going to happen. I used to have these images of dropping everything and being wherever the kids were but 1 thing I hadn't considered? I'll be all of 38 when she goes to college. Not exactly retirement age. I'll stay put and have a box of tissues close by. -
Though I love air travel, I often say it's a young person's game. It's gotten harder over the last several years with additional security checks, more difficult pricing on tickets, etc.

In elementary school, I wanted to be a secretary and I will admit to loving my temp jobs as a secretary. From the time I was a teen, I wanted to be a computer engineer which is what I went to college for. I changed to Computer Information Systems because it has more of a business slant than a science slant. It was perfect for me.

Photography. I lust after people's SLR cameras. It's not that I couldn't do it right now but it would require a bit of time to learn plus the money to buy the camera that I haven't been willing to commit to yet.

Oh! I like this question. In general, I like the spirit and service and prices of Southwest. I also like Midwest. If I lived on a coast, I bet I'd love Jet Blue too.
Internationally, Asia has the best airlines and they totally kick our butts. I like Asian airlines. -
I'm not sure what the choices are here. Phone, laptop? Or apps? Actually, I could get rid of everything and just have an iPad and it would work for me. If I only had 1 app to use, it would definitely be a Twitter app. Twitter is my favorite thing to do online.

I never wanted to get married or have kids when I was younger. I'm happy I have them now. I often wish it made sense to have 3 kids but with severe post-partum being an issue for me plus the fact that I have intense children, 2 is plenty.

I think content is king so I don't obsess about the other details if the blog's content is good. If I have to pick one thing that turns me off, though, I'd say the leading of the text (the vertical space between the type) but people who use Thesis automatically have good leading. Ideal leading = 1.5 times the font size.
